We provide courses and counseling for life skills and support. These are a supplement to the students’ academic course content and are fully customized based on students’ needs and requests.  These courses can include time management/organizational skills, Positive Psychology, and Well-being.

Courses are designed for students who are looking to gain or improve a specific skill, to learn general skills that can be helpful in many or all areas of their life, and for students who are struggling with issues, whether academic, social, or personal.
